OK, charged batteries, took about 6 hours as they have not been charged for about 10 days. Charger cutoff, I unplugged from cart, and waited about 30 minutes before checking. Battery pack reading was 51.4; then checked each battery individually. They all read in the 8.5-8.6 range. Rode about 30 minutes and put back on charger, repeated readings at same levels.

If I've read other posts correctly, this is at a good level.

Neighbor of mine has same model cart - 2001 Club Car - 48v and he's not made any modifications either. He rides all weekend and overall has more power then I do.

I'm baffled, any other suggestions?

Check tire inflation and brake drag. Both of these factors will effect performance.

scottyb did this a few months ago. Had brakes replaced and keep tires inflated. Maybe I should be satisfied with performance I'm getting.
