Gorno if you snowmobiled you would know those are toe grips, you pull back with your toes when taking jumps over the sand traps and it lifts your rump off the seat so you don't bite your tongue when you bottom out the suspension.

These are nice I have them on my pontoon, you could screw them to those toe grips.
