Questions about 03 w/ IQ: Disable regen? speed limiter?

Hi everyone. I have a 2003 48v Club Car w/ IQ and Regen Braking.

I'm trying to find out a way to remove regen braking. We charge it every night so there is no need for it, all it does is make driving down all the hills around here really annoying!

I'm also trying to find out if there is a simple (and free!) way to increase the maximum speed. Is there a limiter/governor of some sort that can be adjusted? I don't expect to fly in this thing, but any little bit will help, we drove it past one of those police radar signs and it said we were going 11mph.

We use it on-road quite a bit so any extra speed would be great, that includes getting rid of these regen brakes.

So can anyone help us out?

You need someone with a IQ Reader/Programmer to change the pedal up mode. That'll fix it.

Also, as far as speed, there is a quick fix for IQ's with play in the accel pedal. Look for it http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...ars-mcors.html see if that helps.
