ok the cart runs fine the problem is in the charging system when i frist got the cart it was dead so the charger would not start so i opened it up and bypassed the relay i got it to charge after about 30 minuts i replug the relay and it worked fine cart sat in my shop for two day when the owner came to pick it up i plug it to show him then it did worked but when i pluged it nothing it didnt work so i played a little with it got it to work so unpluged and delivered but when he pluged it back at his house it would not come back on so i pluged the charger on different cart works fine so the troble is in the cart the fuses are good so then i put new cables new batteries needed the batteries so my counetions are good and clean so yesterday i tried the ytest you told me about to reset the obc and nothing this is a ds cart not iq the f r stiwch is with a lever so im going nuts

have you tried a different charger on this cart JUST TO CONFIRM .

If it does not work either I would suspect OBC .
