Default Test For Wiper Switch?

Does anyone have a way of testing the wiper switch on a 48V 2000 CC? I suspect mine might be bad, but not too sure. You step on the acc. and the cart lurches forward about an inch and then nothing....it won't do reverse either. The batts are all reading between 8.4 & 8.3. Total pack reads 50.2 When you attempt to accelerate the batts voltages DO NOT change at all. The solenoid tested OK. My only other guesses are the key switch (not likely) , the f/w switch, the controller (hope not) or the motor itself. By the way, I get a *very slight* electrical smell coming from the wiper switch when I removed the cover. All connections are clean & tight. The blue wire going to the f/r switch had to be re-crimped and re-tightened as it was somewhat frayed at the end. All is well there now. Any input or ideas on what else to shoot for? I've been told to get a controller, but I REALLY want to be sure. TIA

Oh I thought that was a VGlide switch ,
Here is a quote from U Ox

"I have not searched yet, hoping someone may have answer for a quick diagnosis. This cart has the VGlide with controller type setup. The problem is with key on, as soon as touch gas and micro switch activated...you have full throttle acceleration only. My thought is a resistance signal problem with the VGlide, so I was hoping someone knew which 2 wires to probe to check the 5K to 0K signal out of VGlide. There are 2 wires coming out that go to F/r microswitches and then 3 more wires coming out that go to a gray 3 wire connector. I am going to print the wiring diagram now but does anyone have a test procedure to share?? Thanks"

Guess I shouldn't go back and read old post to get my Info ! Well live and learn !

Hey Gary, do you know what the white wire is for on the v glide? I've got a creeping problem and my wiper is not all of the way back to the white terminal without the acc. pressed. You think this may be the problem?

Yeah I hear ya GMorrison...but Im pretty sure they are both referred to as VGlides....the newer type one has resistors on it and used with a controller, and the other is that older type with contacts in it and all the battery cables running to it.
