I had the Ez-go wheel off when I re-built the steering box (2 weeks ago). Changed the toe a little and now it's a little off. I can not get it back off again

You don't need to remove the steering wheel to align it, just loosen the linkage on the drag link from between the tie rod end and the rack and pinion, turn the linkage till your steering wheel is good, tighten the nuts back up and you're good.

That was the hardest part for me to get off of my 97 CC. I tried to beat it off with a hammer, pull it with a puller, yank it with my bare hands, after about 3 hours of cussing, it came off in my hands. I hope you have a better experience with yours than I had with mine.

Went as far as I dare go with turning out the draglink end. Its at the end of the threads and I still need a little more to get the wheel straight. maybe someday when I get another blast of ambition...I will attack the wheel again.
