'05 Precedent modes

On an '05 Precedent is there a low speed and/or high speed "mode" ?

If so, how can I tell which mode the car is presently in, and how can I change
the mode?

As far as I know, only the dealer can reprogram for you. Expect to pay $100-$150.

PS the dealer should be able to read which MODE U are set at for free.
Probably #3.

All modes are free except #4 it cost $$ as mentioned above and a 1 week wait for
CC to send the code to the dealer.
