Hi my name is Addison and i lie in ARUBA.
I just brought a 2001 club car villager.
I need the voltage regulator wiring diagram.

It is the voltage regulator for the lights.
It convert 16 volt to 12 volt.

Oh..... that thing! We call it a voltage Reducer. It reduces 16v to 12v. It connects to the ground terminal next to the Solenoid and then to the bus bar under the drivers seat then the positive lead comes off of battery # 2 ...... it is in the diagram...hope this helped?

The Reducer works on the NEGATIVE side of the 16 voltsa to convert to 12v....

Sir i can not get my voltage reducer to work
It have only 3 wires all 3 are black.
the only thing on it says MAX WATT 125
MAX AMP 25
any info how to hook it up. thanks

I have 1983 yamaha g1 electric golf cart. One of the solenoids were missing and disconnected so I bought a new one and need to know where all the wires go. Maybe a good wire diagram
