check the pack voltage...if it is too low the charger will not come on.

Well, I'm sure that's it then because it has been sitting up for months. How do I get the voltage up then?

I don't remember if your cart has 6 or 8 volt batteries?

isolate 2 of the batteries and put a 12 volt car charger on them on low setting till the voltage comes up some, then try the cart charger. this is what ive done in the past.

I have 8 volt batteries. My manual charger has a 12 Volt and 10 Volt setting.

throw the 12 volt on 2 of the batteries for a little bit. all they need is some juice for a reading.

When you isolate 2 batteries, do you connect them ++, -- or +-, +-?

I tried both ways, but my charger almost burnes up both ways.
