What is the pack Voltage , is it low ?

State of charge is 52.1 volts. All batt. wires are tight, posts are clean, no slop in linkage, plenty of high end power but still won't turn wheels until wiper arm hits the 3rd or 4th lug on the potentiometer then the wheels turn fine. The cart is up on stands so not sure about torque.

I think I found the problem. I eliminated the secondary solenoid and hooked F2 motor wire post directly to the controller and now the pedal response is correct.
