The only time I have seen this the voltage was extremely high ... And the problem rectified itself in 15 minutes..... everytime? So maybe just try doing that? I think the default overvoltage setting is 60v? Not sure?

Is a NPX 4844 = Not programmable (in field )
or a AXE 4844 = Programmable

plug it into a PC and see what errors are on the controller ?

The led on the controller is not giving any error codes though.
