Ha, thanks for making me feel better. Why did it run at first for a day or so then start acting up?

In Life there is AM and FM .

AM = Almost Magic
FM = *F*^king Magic

So the technical answer is your cart is AM, since it only worked for a while

If it were FM, it would still be working , wired backwards

This thing is driving me nuts. Now it wont run uphill, or at full throttle. it just bucks and clicks when I hit a hill or press the pedal all the way down. What the heck?

Yes, I will give it a shot in an hour or so. Would a bad solenoid only act up with a full throttle?

Sounds like we are back to square 1 !
PUT the OLD controller Back in "."

If the old controller works , take the new controller back to reputable
dealer for replacement.
If old controller does not fix problem, then list all the stuff U have done ,
Just before
and During the controller upgrade !
