Default 2001 ds series - put lift on, now clicks and doesn't go?? Green motor wire loose?

I have a 48volt DS Series. Cart clicks once and it doesn't go? I removed all the batteries and disconnected all wires to put the lift on. While i was putting the lift on, the motor moved and the green wire came a little loose. I popped the cap off the motor so I could tighten the bolt for it, thought it was ok but I guess not. Thats the only thing I think it could be?? Any ideas?? Thanks

Pics? What cap and what bolt? Is it possible you spun the stud around a few times?

yea i think I did spin it. The only way I could tighten it was to take the cap off the side of the motor. the bolt has a green wire attached. The motor has a green and blue wire side by side. The bolt or stud didn't look like it was touching anything inside the motor, so i'm just assuming that is the problem. I'll try and get some pics though

Time to go to the Motor repair shop .

Always use 2 wrenches to keep from spinning.
