I have 2007 Precedent,48 volt. Owners manual states lite comes on when operating at 25%, approx. 30 minutes run time. Lite also comes on if charging cycle is interrupted before full charge. Don't know if same for 94.

I have a 2004 Electric Club Car - 48V. The battery charger is charging and shuts off when the batteries are charged but the dash light comes on and off periodically. Anyone have any clues as to what my problem may be?

Those *** idiot lights are a mystery to me. My 02 comes on and off no rhyme or reason, never have seen a good explanation on what its good for. I'm thinking just invest in a good 48 volt state of charge meter and shitcan that light.

Jack,
If your 2004 is a Precedent, I've read on this site that the early versions of the iq series had a programing glitch where the on-board computer erronously read the state of charge and ended the charging cycle prematurely before the batteries were fully charged. You may want to get a voltmeter and check actual state of charge.

Mine is a DS. I suspect that the light is probably the same on all of them. Not sure why it is needed when we have a guage but there must be some reason, I guess.
