99 Club Car w/ ALLTRAX AXE4855
Last week I installed an ALLTRAX AXE4855 controller in my cart along with 4AWG wires. Everything seems to be working fine except charging the batteries. The charger starts but turns off after about 10 minutes (the batteries are not fully charged). After the charger turns off, it will not come on again unless I discharge the controller.
It's a 48V cart with an electronic charger. Any hints or tips would be much appreciated! |

Welcome to BGW!
Sounds like the OBC is bad. The OBC controls the charger. |

Did you run the negative wire from your battery thru the O.B.C., if not you will need to do this to return to normal charging. At least that is the way it worked for me.
