Default Faster?

I have a 48 volt 2004 Club Car. I goes 19 mph. Also, on hills, it goes slower. Is there a way to make it go faster?
Thank you.

19 mph in an 04 IQ is about the max ... You can contact a dealer for to program you to level #4 I think that will give you 22 mph? Check with a dealer?

Yes U can ,
and as a bonus High speed will be set by some of the rewind companies,
when U get one of their motors.

But most motors really like bigger controllers to get the full benefit , torque or speed or both.

Look at GE's example chart.
But there is a point that U can reach, where the motor is maxed out regardless of controller.
