Default Performance Electric Carts Question

Now,

After seeing the El Gato, its amazing how it was rebuilt. He wrote that he installed a new high performance engine, and he wrote that once you hit the
pedal the tires lite up.

Is that actually real? I mean, I'm starting a project on a 1993-4 CC, and Im going to put on a Hi-Performance Engine. Its going to have pictures on its progress.
