Where can I get a wheel lock tool?

I recently purchased a cart with spinners with locks. Where can I get a tool for the spinners? I don't need it yet, but no doubt will in the future. see pic.

might want to take an impression of it, and take it to a parts store if you want to reuse it. If you don't care about using it again, I know they make removal kits for lugnut locks. ask around the parts stores, or local garages, I'm sure they will have something. If that all fails, it looks like it's drill and ez out time. Good luck!
