Default 1981 big azz cart need lil help and info

i have a 81 model club car 36 volt ... motor finally cratered but i run it a lot so motor that old is expected to die eventually... i have bout 20 inches of lift sittin on 35x12.50x15 bfg all terrains so here is my question do they make a gear reduction or faster motor or a 2 speed for my model... i dont take it off road i jus cruise the roads and ride in parades

What type of speed control system do you have? Stock; = 5 solenoid?

i have no clue if its stock... but there is 5 solenoids

No point going large cuz your speed control system is well, antique Cheapest thing to do would be to send your motor out to a rebuilder Like EMP .... or d&d

Yep they can do that,
also some re-winders will front you the motor so U can be up and running faster , then they give you money back when they receive your old core.
$300 - $400 is a good price.

THe ones I mentioned are both good ..... D&D and EMP(electrical motor products) They can rewind for more torque OR speed Give them a call
