I Need Help How To Make My Club Cart More Offroad Worthy!!
I have a mid 60`s club cart and i love to drive it through my trails now there are some hills and rocks not to large the stock cart can handle it but i want to make the cart last a while and preform great what kind of upgrades should i do ?? I am 16 and dont have alot of money to spend on it so what are some cheap upgrades i can do to make the thing kick ***!!!

Theres not going to be any bolt on lifts for that cart. You might be able to fit 20 inch tires under it stock but if you want to lift it your going to have to fabricate to make it fit. 4 gauge cable are a fairly cheap upgrade.

Where do you use the 4 gauge wires? Are you talking battery cables or using the 4 gauge from solenoid to solenoid? There is 4 gauge running from the F/R switch already.
I'm not 16 but in the same boat as not having a lot of money to spend on the upgrades. I just rewired the whole thing but went with the same gauge wires that were on the stock cart. I do have some 4 gauge laying around but need to know where it goes as well. |

Replace everything that is now #6 with #4 ga copper strand welding cable.
