2001 DS slow running and stuttering

The cart was running fine and almost came to a stop. When the peddle is depressed it acts like it has an electrical clutch and it is going on and off 3 or 4 times a second. If you take off slow it runs fine then, as speed picks up, starts this again. Thanks

Sounds to me like you got some bad batteries.

Time to head to the charger.
Wait 30 minutes after charge cycle completed then Use a digital volt meter to get the entire Pack reading .
