Check the micro switch inside the wiper switch , you know the black pie shaped box between the batteries.

Is it the MCOR switch bolted on the side of the frame on the pass side?

Its a shame you switched all those parts out but i believe that mcor switch has been your problem the whole time, does it run erratic sometimes, maybe skipping a speed?

You need to check it on the car.I have never had any luck checking them by the book.Do you have another car with one on it? just switch them out. you do have a full charge on the batteries ,yes?
