Re: club battery problems
This is a job for a battery tech. A 48v charger set up to force charge or a 12v charger in the hands of a battery tech are they only ways I know of ..... but it takes some tech savy to safely do this.... How did this happen?

Re: club battery problems
Use a 12 volt charger and charge one battery at a time, 15 minutes on then 15 minutes off. Continue doing this with each battery until they reach the required voltage. Be sure to keep your eye on the water levels and check each battery 30 minutes after charge to determine the exact voltage.
OR buy one of these to bring them back up http://www.batterystuff.com/battery-...v021-0152.html http://www.batterystuff.com/battery-.../BM12108E.html |

Re: club battery problems
One way, the quick way is to find somebody else with electric car same voltage. Connect main + and main - on the batteries between the two cars, plug in charger it will see his voltage in parallel with yours charger will kick on wait several minutes disconnect between the two cars leave charger on(basically jump start). The battery voltage has a minimum for the charger to see. On DS unplug yellow fuse thingy touch black wire to negative charger will kick on. If not bad computer.
