Default D7945 and A8011 Year? Wiring help?

I got these two old carts a while back. They both run but the wiring is messed up in both of them. If I am correct 1 is a 79 and the other is an 80. If Im wrong please correct me. I cant find a manual for either one to get a diagram. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

I did read through the stickys and was correct on the years but did not find a wiring diagram for either of them.

Are they 5 solenoid carts? Is there a bank of solenoids behind the batteries? If so go with that but as far as a diagram for a 30 yr old cart? I dunno... what we have should be close enough to get you by... What part of the wiring is in question?

They are 5 solenoid carts. Solenoids are between the batterys and the rear end. I got the 79 to go forward but not reverse and the key switch isnt working. I have a diagram to get it close but its far enough away to get under my skin.

NO.... the 5 solenoid cart had a throttle control which consisted of 5 microswitches operated by a plastic slide attached to the throttle linkage.... inside a cigar box

those 4 micros are under the plastic in the front and operate off the go pedal linkage. They all work. The diagram I have shows only 1 micro on the F&R lever but there are 2. Im losing it somewhere in there because I cant get the key switch to do anything either. The diagram I have does show 5 micros up there but its not the same.

Those are some of the subtle differences you will have to compensate for. The early cart has 2 micros on the F&R that likely provide power to the same thing? The single micro on the later model was tripped in both F&R. It will take abit of understanding the system to know that you need power to the key and from the key TO the F&R micros and then to the accel micros and 1/2 of the speed solenoids..... or something very close to that?
I think if you keep studying how the 5 solenoid cart works you will be able to apply the THEORY to yours.

Yeah. It may take me awhile. I usually deal with the gas carts so the wiring of an electric cart kinda blows me away. lol 1st time I looked under the seat and saw they had positive and negative hooked together I was sure I found the problem.... Thanks for the help
