Speed
I do automotive restoration, alot of custom fab work, paint and mechanics on gas and diesel vehicles so Im pretty well rounded. I just got into the golf carts. I started with gas and now messing with some electric carts. In reading some of the posts on here I see where people are getting 60 MPH+ out of their carts. HOW IN THE WORLD ARE THEY DOING IT? I had toyed with the idea of stroking the 18 horse gas motor on my jacked up, stretched out mule 550 and porting the head but even with that theres no way im going to get that kinda speed out of it. Regearing will take away the torque so I dont get it.... and they're doing it on electric carts!
