Warning: Attempts to program can result in bad stuff. This is from the Programmer Manual:

"A password is required to place the vehicle in "private speed mode" (speed setting 4). The speed controller will log unsuccessful and unauthorized attempts to place the speed controller in "private speed mode". If
repeated attempts are unsuccessful, the speed controller will permanently lock out access to "private speed mode". In the event that "private speed mode" is locked out, the controller must be removed and shipped to Club Car before it can ever be placed in "private speed mode"."

If one buys/rents a Curtis Programmer to set "private speed mode" without proper password/code from CC, might be more costly in the end.

so I bought this handheld programmer IQDM-P Curtis 1311-4404 device and so far on some 2003 2004 carts it will let me change the speed to 3 and speed accell to on. I was told this would do it all. It reads from the controller and lets you do pretty much anything. is this true, pic attached

I think that is true only until the 2014 model.

The CDT 1313 hand held programmer replaced the IQDM for 2014.

Edit: Actually I am not sure if the IQDM was just discontinued or if it also does not work with the new 2014+ Controllers .

That's all you can do on a factory controller. Club Car has parameters programmed into the controller and they won't let you access them. It's not a programmer issue, it's a controller feature. Club Car doesn't want people tampering with their carts.
