Default How do I get a little charge in Dead Batteries

My Batteries are completely dead, and the charger wont kick in unless there is a little charge in them. How do i accomplish this with 8 volt batteries? Can I isolate two or three batteries and put a regular 12V charger on them?

if you open up the charger there is a little power relay.. and a circuit breaker. The relay has 4 small wires.... the circuit breaker, two and a button on the front of charger...

with everything unplugged from charger disconnect the two small black wires from the power relay (one goes to the circuit breaker, the other to the transformer.

connect the two wires together

then plug in the D.C. cord, then plug in a.c..... that sucessfully bypasses the need for voltage in batteries...

just leave it for about an hour, that will do enough charge to kick your charger on...

If you don't want to mess with the charger, you can use the 12 volt charger. Pair up 2 batteries 16v and charge for about half hour no longer than an hour. This should get you enough voltage to start your charger.
