CC speed
Now for my second project
Have as stated earlier a 2003 CC carry all Turf 2 all stock New 12v batts and #4 cables on set 3.10 stock motor w/250 amp controller was wondering if there is a rather inexpensive way to get some more speed out of the cart without going crazy $wise ?? it is 48v non regen unit w/stock 8" wheels Thanks Guys |

A 250 amp controller is very small so a big 4-500amp controller is a must. And then you can turn some bigger tires to give more speed.... or a bigger motor if you would rather? Or all 3! Oh you said without going crazy

Or better yet, Add a EMP or D&D motor but still you are not going to feed it with a 250amp controller

Tom, I put a plumquick motor in my 03 48v DS, didn't do anything else increased speed to 23mph and is a little better on torque. The plumquick purple is $225 with core trade plus shipping.
