Brings up an interesting point. What is or should be the max load to carry in your stock cart. Or what should you do to carry 4 passengers?

Yep, and we had all the disadvantages... cold weather, mud, and too many passengers.

cold weather zaps the power out of the batteries. Mud alone increases power demand ... and then 3Xs the designed passenger load I suspect the controller burned up?

We would like a picture of all 6 of you on the golf cart LOL

Well, I doubt we'll ever try that again, but I guess we could get everyone together for a picture so you all can have a laugh!

Had this happen on an 05 Precedent. Take of the cover between the batteries. I think you'll find the controller is fried. (It will stink) there is also a directional diode that will need to be replaced. pay attention how you took the old on off.

Well, I do know that the motor is burnt. I am waiting on a replacement to be here this week. I hope that's the only thing burnt!

Today I put the replacement motor on and everything is fine now! I had it built for torque and speed. The GPS is clocking 27mph down hill and 25 on flat ground.
