Default 02 CC Rebuild Options

Hi Guys - Brand new to carts - Just purchased a bare bones 02 CC Regen IQ Cart, 48V. I will be looking to upgrade the cart for hunting. I am considering the following and want to be sure I am not overlooking anything. I have lurked on this site for a few days and researched on some of the sponsor supplier sites. Any opinions on my choices below are much appreciated;

D&D Hi Torque Motor with Alltrax DCX 600 Controller - Is there another controller/motor I should consider?
- Upgraded wires, HD Solenoid, and F/R Switch

***Edit - I already have #2 welding cable connecting all the batt's together - What other wires need upgrading?

Either a Jake's 6" A-Arm lift or AllSports Super Sport 6" lift - Is one better than the other?

23" tires/10" Wheels - Looking for something lightweight - ITP/Carlisle?? Other?

Light Kit, Voltage Converter.

I have been searching the sponsors trying to find the best prices - If there are any other sites out there that are competitive I would like to search those as well?

I know this is pretty broad, but any opinions or reasons for doing something different are certainly welcome.

All cable which came from the Factory as #6 should be upgraded to at least #4 or #2's

Thanks for the Reply G - Here are some more details - Spoke with D&D today and have a more detailed plan - D&D 502:2 Hi torque motor with an Alltrax 500DCX controller. He agreed with others on here that going beyond 500 amps with a 48 volt motor wouldn't give you much of an advantage due to battery limitations. I'll be replacing all cables as you indicated except the #2's that are currently on the batt terminals. I'm getting the kit from D&D along with the HD Solenoid. He said no F/R switch was needed with the Regen IQ cart.

Going with the Allsports SuperSport 6" or 7.5" lift.

Swamp Fox tires with 10" wheels

As I go through this rebuild, is it better to just remove the body in order to install the lift, motor, etc? Or work with the body on from underneath? I will eventually replace the body anyway, so if this is the time to do it, I may as well go that route now. I know the controller and some other parts will be connected to the body... Any lessons learned here?
