Smile my stock 99 club car dies quick.

i am a new owner of a 99 club car . i,ve been reading the forums on batteries and general stuff. my club car has a jakes 6 inch lift and 22-11-8 tires. how far should i get on a charge? i checked my batteries today and had 53.2 across the board. each battery had 8.8 to8.7 seperate readings with all cables hooked up.the charger had timed out and it had been sitting last night.i rode it today 3 miles and checked again and it read 49.5 and 8.1 on each battery but you could tell it was getting sluggish especially on slight incline.any info would be appreciated.

Readings of 8.8 may be misleading as the charge will settle. Take readings 30 -60 minutes AFTER the charger shuts off..... never draw the pack down below 50% capacity.... Use the battery chart below for reference

the charger was still pluged in this morning when i got to it. cleaned all the cables. i also noticed there are 5 trogen 875`s and one 860 in the cart. the 860 looks fairly new.?
