Does My Cart Have an MCOR
I have a 2000 48v with multi step Pot cart A0017 no tow switch, does it have an MCOR?

Club car continued to produce the multistep Vglide in fleet cars until 2004.... So you could have one or the other.

96 & 97 had a pot under the floor on the driver's side. Rare thing. 98 was the first MCOR I know of.......

We have the MCOR update kits here, but I couldn't remember if they said for 95-96 or 96-97 carts...

Which one of these is the MCOR

The second pic is your speed controller. I can not see the first pic good enough(blurry) to tell what it is. I think the MCOR is under the floor pan, at least it is on my 2004 CC.
