It might help if you go to following site and go to 2000-2005 DS and go to Wiring 48 volts. This diagram will give you the ( series wiring ) for late model CC with MCOR and OBC with wiring colors etc.

Hi,I have a AQ0225 club car with a (accellarater ) pod.How can i test this pod and and can you help me with a wireing diagram or where can i look for that.The controler is a 1510-5201 and some off the wireing have been cut.Please help.

hello all
i don't know if this is still needed Curtis 1510A-5250 pin out
but am new and thought would post it anyway

pin 1 white high side ot pot
pin 2 yellow slider of pot
pin 3 pur/wht low side of pot
pin 4 gre/wht state of charge
pin 5 to OBC controller lock out
pin 6 Green accel limt switch
pin 7 org/wht B- side rev buzzer
pin 8 brown 48v from FRS "F"
pin 9 gray 48v AUX "comes from OBC"
pin 10 tan 48v from key
pin 11 not used
pin 12 blu/wht B- solenoid
pin13 blk/wht B- speed sensor
pin14 Lt green motor speed sensor output
pin 15 red high side of motor speed sensor
pin 16 blue 48v from FRS "R"

Note 9 and 10 need power to turn on controller
