Default I Would Like To Say A Big Thanx

Thank you to all who have helped me personally via posts and PM's with my first golf cart (fixer upper).

A special thanks to the personal attention and patience of course (goes without saying) to golfcarfixer and scottyb

Thanx to all

I need to replace the brake back plate the one that holds all the shoes on etc, its all rusted out. To do it i need to remove the hubs, however there's a C clip in the recess behind the hub, that for the life of me i cannot get out with my C clip pliers. I was wondering is there a trick to it

Once you get the shoes off you need some 90degree snap ring pliers and like maybe a ice pick or some kind of angled screwdriver and once you get the clip compressed you need to get behind it and start working it around to get it off, they can be a real pain sometimes.
