Re: club car dead
I assume you have a good Volt meter considering what you do for a living.
What is the total pack Voltage , taken 1 hour after charge completes ? |

Re: club car dead
Go here to the stickies and get the electrical Diag which matches your cart .
http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/electric-club-car/ With the back of the cart on stands , front scotched . remove seat Turn the switch on , place in forward, depress gas slowly, Do you hear a distinctive solenoid click ? If no try tapping it (the solenoid) a few times lightly and try the same test again . ? how many solenoids do you have (1) ? On the back of the F/R control do you have 3 Micro switches stacked on top of each other ? Do you get a buzzer sound when in reverse ? |

Re: club car dead
Check all connections at the motor and controller. If full power at both large terminals after solenoid click, it may be a bad controller.
