Default What orientation for resistor coils?

Hey guys, new here and very new to golf carts. I bought an '82 Club Car that won't run. Found that two of the resistors are burned in two. I've ordered new ones, but don't know which ones go on which end (and middle). I'm hoping the new coils will remedy the "no-go" situation. Thanks

WELCOME TO BGW !!! Were the old coils broken?
Can you post your serial # so we know what model resistor cart you have?

Yessir, I checked the diagrams before I posted this, but there's no legend telling which is what.
The serial is A8234 35611.

Dont have a 1982 Club Car parts list but 1984 to 1991 shows following numbers
1rst speed # 1010215 slow speed-most amount of thinner coils
2nd speed # 1010216 (MIDDLE) thicker windings- most coils
3rd speed # 1010217 high speed-thicker with least amount of coils
Hope this helps you out

I feel kinda silly now. If I'd looked at the solenoid diagram a little closer, I'd have noticed the difference in the number of coils.
