I noticed the different battery wiring right off, and no hold downs.
I thought about changing mine when I upgraded the cables but figured with all the injuneers at CC they must know something I don't so I left it??

Yeah, no hold downs .... yet. It is a work in progress.
As for engineers well ..... they designed the ford exploder, the booster seal on the space shuttle, the bridge in Minnesota, and several other disastrous things so I figure to try my hand at it when I can

Ya, Although I did like our ford explorer we just out grew it.

I havn't had the cart long enough to learn what I can start rejecting.

Scotty, where did you get the electric actuator, is it hydraulic? I think I've seen somethnig similar but don't recall where.

I got that from the Ezgo dealer. It's 12v electric. It is a take off from STS that got a rear seat.
I have seen them on ebay also. I think that is where SnS got his....he got only the cylinder and then located the switch and relay at Napa Auto.
There is a local guy who has some used ones but, you may do better on ebay?

THis project got finished ... I relocated the dump cylinder mount for better leverage and now it is amazingly strong. So with the voltage increase and the conversion to solid state controller it is a NICE ranch hand.....
