Nice job! Can you run this 36v motor on 48v for long distances without any problems? Are you still on the original 36v motor? Did you have to change the controller to run on 48v?

The older 36v motors seem to handle the increased voltage well.....I have run it in an ATV type park till the juice began to ran out over and over with no ill effects....Anf=d yes I changed from resistor coils to solid state controller to complete the upgrade and it doesn't wheelie but it slings dirt and gravel everywhere ya go

My 90 cc has still got the original motor, on 48 volts for a few years. Gonna run it till it quits, then it might need brushs. Who really knows roll the dice.

I ran mine as hard as I could climbing 2:1 slopes and spinning the wheels in forward while she was still rolling back. About a thousand jackrabbit starts and still okay...... And then we hauled rock in the dump bed
