Emailed US battery, someone said they made energizer for sam,s.They emailed back saying they did not,but have tested the energizer. They said it worked fine up to 160 cycles then begain to fail, compared to their battery which has a life cycle of 1300 cycles.Thought I would pass this by for those of you looking at sam,s batteries!

I am no fan of Sam's batteries.. but every battery manufacturer in the world will tell you how much better theirs are

Are their batteries any good? I bought 6 8v batteries in October I called everyone around, I could get close to their price on 6v but not 8v.

I think what____ is trying to say is that they may not have as much lead in them as some of the more costly batteries. Therefore they won't cycle as many times (resulting in a shorter life upon plate depletion). Just be careful in your use and maintenance of these batteries to get the best possible service for the money you spent.

I was at Sam's Friday and talked to a employee in Auto. He says that they haven't had any returns and they sell a ton of them. Take it for what its worth.

I think the question is not whether or not they work. But for how long. How long has anyone run these batteries
