Default Re: Dead cart, possible dead Solenoid

IT'S ALIVE !!! IT'S ALIVE !!! IT'S ALIVE !!!

To make a long story short, myself along with sereral extremely nice people made it happen. After changing all the major parts (3 different controller, 2 different soleniods,1 computer,f/r switch,1 mswitch and a lot of calls) Jay from Mid Florida Golf Cart (LONGWOOD FLORIDA) found the problem. A small gray wire on the main wire harness 12 inches from the controller was broken. The wire appears to have a small inline resistor (one side of the resistor was disconnected from the gray wire.)

THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED!!

I'm now well versed in the 2004 club car IQ.

IT'S TIME TO GO TURKEY HUNTING WISH ME LUCK !!!
THANKS AGAIN TO EVERYONE!!!!!
