The readings would tell you either it was a bad OBC or bad batteries

My question was what would we see on the meter read out?

I'm not an OBC expert but if it or the battery charger is not working properly, you may get some indication with a meter reading. On a 48v charger you should see 61v-63v near the end of the charge cycle. If you are not seeing those voltages then you are not getting the equalization required to overcome the sulfation. Telling whether it is the charger or OBC is what CC experts would know more about.

Club Car offers a conversion kit for the precedent as well.. It comes with a new battery bucket, wire harness, OBC, and Component mounting plate. I think it's around $350.00 for the conversion kit.

This is what it looks like after I've modified the racks... Notice the racks between the two I-Beams... I broke the two outer racks and moved them outward to accommodate the full length of the batteries... On the outside of the I-Beams I welded two racks running parallel with the I beams, One is butted up against the I beam, and the other is as close as you can get it to the side stringer without touching it.

And this is what it looks like when finished.....

If it includes all that I'm in! My OBC is a version 2.05 anyway! Do you have a part number for that conversion by chance?

cc experts -

I was just monitoring the charging and my meter says it's charging at a constant 52.9v...i read earlier where you should see 61v-63v near the end of the charge cycle

I guess this 52.9v will build up as it goes thru charging?

I'll check again in a few minutes.

Depending on where you started, it could take quite a few hours before you get to that point.

starting about 30 minutes ago...when I started the batteries were sitting on 48.1. Now the charging voltage has increased to 53.1...I'll check again in a hour or so.
