Best place to purchase rear Flip seat for Precedent

I just purchased an 05 Precedent and would like to add a rear seat, who makes the best one for a reasonable price?

The best rear seat is from M&M! Thats just my opinion though. M&M is the actual manufacture of the seat, they will not sell to the public. Anywhere from $350 to $550 is a good price for the seats. Be careful on the $350 seats some are good and some are........ well not so good!!

Thanks, I have a friend that knows a guy, said that he could get me one from Buggies Unlimited for $300 that's his friends cost. Guess he's a regular buyer from them or something. I thought that was a pretty good price obviously but it may be one of those you were talking about.
