1999 EZGO Cart will not go in reverse
REcharged batteries after winter and now cart will go forward but not in reverse. F/R handle works a cam. Microswitches tested okay for continuity. Unplugged the microswitches and I get 36 volts to each. I crossed plugs out while they were unplugged. Forward made cart go forward. Reverse did nothing. Took cover off of control box and all wires appear in good shape.
Checked the motor wires and they appear okay. What did I overlook? Thanks.  |

Bad reverse micro switch or bad controller. It's one of these two things

Continuity on forward micro switch is about the same as on the reverse. Does this mean big bucks?

Doesn't sound good, but before you drop $$$ on a controller, I'd pay a professional an hours labor charge to check it out. Just my professional opinion
