Default Re: More speed 04 CC precedent

With the research I have done I would think the motor would get you close to 30 mph seeing how your 4 to 5 mph faster than any stock cart running code 4 that I know of. I know of a few guys that bought the code 4 and didn't get any more speed out of it, plus the whole regen braking deal I have.

You must have the Regen feature turned off then, correct? Otherwise your max speed would be 19.7 with 18" tires and just over 20mph with 22" tires.

Is there a way to disable the regen braking?
It doesnt matter what speed code is programed if you get another motor correct?

With code 3 stock cart got to 16.3 in about 15 seconds then would slow to 14 on flat street. I am going to talk with motor guy and see what I can expect by switching the motor. I would think that 23 wouldn't be too far fetched as it seems that the cart itself is causing some of the slow down.
