Default 2004 Club Car IQ - Upgrades Phase 1

Cart before upgrades:

Cart after upgrades. Just wanted to share some pictures. I ended up having a shop do the work for me.

Jakes 3" lift, 20" sahara tires & 10" stormtrooper rims

Seat belts front/rear

Alltrax DCX 400amp controller

I think this was the stock solenoid, which the shop said was okay with this controller

New voltage converter for 48v down to 12v and 25amp output

Turn signal, horn and 4ga cables installed

Now, I'm still planning to install a brush guard, new windshield, some reflectors, dash or glove box doors and a few other goodies.

Also, I'm having an issue where my brake lights stick on and I need to diagnose what's going on there. Not sure if I have a stuck micro switch or if something just needs adjustment.

Probably not a bad idea, Thanks. Crazy part is, these tires are only 2" larger than the street tires I took off, but they look huge in comparison. :)

Problem solved. Turns out the rubber floor matting had slid forward and was keeping the brake pedal from returning to the fully "off" position. Easiest solution was to trim about 1/8" of rubber from the brake pedal area and problem solved. I also adjusted the overall matt a little too.
