Do you own a digital battery meter? If you do you should be able to do a little research on how to use it properly before trying to find a good ground lead to use within your dash or wiring harness.

Shadderedglass, no offense intended, but maybe you would be better off finding a friend that has some knowledge of wiring for your first project and learn from there. Best of luck...its really not that hard once you have the basics.

Shatteredglass, by asking that question I might assume that you don't know how to use a meter and/or what to avoid doing when using a meter, (touching the wrong wire(s) or crossing a hot lead by accident. My answer would be for you to find someone near you that can help you with this task.

Does anyone know what the gauge i have above means if the needle is in the CHG area? Does that mean the batteries are fully charged? and if in the red of the CHG it overcharged? Thanks
