12v Accessory Battery
I am going to mount a 12v accessory battery to power my various 12v gadgets. Pretty much my only option for placement is in the bag well beneath the rear flip seat. Anybody else done this? I'm thinking just a black battery box and attach it to the floor. My bag well has a little rib running down the center so I will have to build up the floor or something to make it level. Got any ideas?
Thanks |

Re: 12v Accessory Battery
Two small pieces of lexan or Plexiglas (just big enough to support the battery box) will work.

Re: 12v Accessory Battery
I mounted mine under the seat in the main battery compartment. Made a small battery tray/support and attached it to the main cross member. Works fine and its out of site. I used a USB1230 mobility scooter battery (OLDMEC suggested). Its small and has a good AH rating.
