You got me, I should have been more clear. I don't want a low profile tire, just something a little bigger. I guess I would like a bigger rim size and taller tire. Is there a "common" larger rim and tire that guys use without a lift kit?

well without a lift kit you're almost maxed out on tire height. I've seen people put 20" tall tires on them with no lift, but like I mentioned above, you've gotta atleast tweak the front just a hair by stacking spring plates.
