Default Electrical help needed?

I just had my 2006 Club Care repainted...and in the process I cleaned up the battery terminals, replaced a blown headlight and it looks and runs great.

My problem is now the Yellow Battery warning light comes on and off when charging and running....and the Battery condition gauge will show 60-75% charge.....even after I just took it off the charger...but I can turn it off and turn it back on and the needle goes up to full.

What is going on???

The obc is an on board computer, it tells your charger when to turn on and off. under the drivers side seat the wire coming from the battery to the motor compartment should be passing through the obc ammeter this senses the current and sends a signal to the obc which controls the charging cycle.
