Electric Club Car Golf Cart drives slow forward and fast in reverse

Recently brought a used nonworking electric Club Car Golf Cart V-48. So far, I've replaced all 6 batteries and the controller; the cart is now running but it's driving slow forward, but fast in reverse. Can you please assist me in finding out what's the problem? Thanks in advance!

It is supposed to do the opposite ...... slow reverse for safety. Maybe, you have swapped two wires somewhere?

Thanks for your speedy reply! When you says that the wires might have been switch... what wires (name of wires) are you referring to?

Note: I didn't connect the wires someone else did.

Not sure which CC you have? Is it a series cart or regen? IQ?
They made a lot of different ones.

Try switching the orange and the blue cables that connect to the center pivoting part of your F&R switch. Switch these two only.

That'll work.. but an easier method is to swap the black and white wires on the third microswitch behind the F&R. Sounds like the half speed resistor is hooked up backwards.
